JOHN CRAWLEY FCCA - a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and of the Institute of Bankers, John spent 22 years working in the Ulster Bank Group in various senior roles in many of the organisation’s businesses, most recently as Group Financial Controller (2000 to 2003). In 2003 he set up Crawley Business Consulting (Corporate Governance) and Oui Can Do French Property (Wealth Creation) to provide fit for purpose solutions for customers.
John has a proven track record as a successful businessman in designing company strategy, providing a decision supporting finance role to businesses, leading and directing large and small teams as well as organisational transformation and change management.

KEN PORTER FCA - a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, in practice for over 9 years (trained with Grant Thornton and practiced with Deloitte & Touche). Ken then spent 15 years in the financial services industry with Eagle Star and Citibank. In this time Ken played a strategic role in developing Insurance businesses in Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre including chairing An Taoiseach’s IFSC Insurance Group.
Ken is an experienced accountant and businessman with particular expertise in areas of corporate finance, forensic accounting and business & financial performance enhancement. Since 2001 Ken has built up a consulting practice specialising in forensic accounting. |
